Features

- Heavy duty steel fabricated housing amply proportioned to withstand maximum strain.
- Base is of heavy duty girders.
- Machine runs at slow speed, hence full control on curvature is attained.
- Main drive is through series of hob cut gears & worm gear box.
- Drive for top roll pressure is through worm gears pressure spindle & reduction gear box.
- Clutch is provided to regulate top roll movement & also to facilitate conical bending.
- Screw jack is provided to keep top roll in horizontal position when trunion is retracted for removal of formed shell.
- Horizontal grooves are provided on bottom rolls throughout length for correct feeding of plates.
