LOCATION & TRANSPORTATION
Yixing Shunzhou Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is located in the ancient scenic town of Zhangzhu, Yixing. The town is close to Beijing-Shanghai Expressway and Wuxi-Yixing Expressway. The Nanjing-Hangzhou Expressway runs through it. The transportation is very convenient, the geographical location is very good and the scenery is pleasant.
WORKSHOP
Our company covers an area of 46 acres and has 12, 000 square meters of standard forging workshop and 3000 square meters of machining workshop, specializing in processing and manufacturing various types of molds or parts.

FORGING WORKSHOP
Now our company has two Friction Press machines: 1000t machines and 2500t machines. Our new investment has been put into another three Forging Production Lines (8000t and 13000t Free Forging Production Lines).

MACHINING & MOLD WORKSHOP
In the area of machining and molding, we have 3 CNC machining centers, EDM CNC lathes, wire cutting machines and 53 sets of general machining auxiliary equipment (including milling machines, drilling machines, boring machines and grinders). Our machine workshop offers machining services, such as automobile component processing, electrical component and train scale board processing.

DETECTION WORKSHOP
Our company has internationally advanced inspection system, and has brought in internationally advanced Swiss HEXAGON Explorer CMM.

HEAT-TREATMENT WORKSHOP
Our company has 5 sets of advanced heat-treatment equipment, including a set of RCW netted-belt type resistance furnace, 3 sets of pit-type tempering furnaces and 1 set of pusher-type resistance furnace production line.

TECHNICAL TEAM
Our company has 30 professional and technical personnel, including 8 advanced engineers and 15 middle-level technical managers.
