steel grating
Description:
Steel gratings consist of a series of bearing bars cross jointed by welding at various intervals with cross bars (twisted square bars, square bars, round bars, flat bars etc.), to form a kind of steel products with square lattices among them. Their main applications are drain covers, steelwork platform panels, and steel stair treads. The cross bars are usually made of twisted square bars, while the steel gratings are typically made of carbon steel (and stainless steel), with galvanized surface to avoid oxidation.
Available type:
1. Serrated type
2. I bar type
3. Plain type
Raw materials:
1. Mild steel: high impact, high load application with low cost.
2. Stainless steel: anti-rust, good appearance, with higher cost than mild steel.
3. Aluminum alloy: anti-rust, light weight, good appearance.
Surface treatment:
1. Mill finish
2. HDG
3. Powder coating
4. Painting
5. Acid pickiling
6. Electrolytic polishing
7. Other coating as requirement
