Our Taigoo Group, located in East of China, specializes in the production of kinds of high temperature centrifugal casting furnace tube, shaped pieces and other furnace part, characteristic of heat, corrosion and abrasion resistance, by the process of centrifugal casting, sand casting, lost foam casting, investment casting, etc. (Diameter range of centrifugal casting pipe:φ50mm-φ2000mm, max. weight of centrifugal casting: 10t, max. static casting weight: 12t). The main products are as follows, Petrochemical industry: cracking furnace tube (ethylene, styrene, crude oil, VCM, etc) and reformer tube (hydrogen furnace, synthetic ammonia, methanol etc); Metallurgy industry: radiant tube(straight type, U type, W type), furnace roller, water cooling roller, sink roller for Continuous Annealing Line, Galvanizing Line of steel company, reformer tube of direct reduction of iron (DRI). Annual output is 9,000 tons of centrifugal casting tube, 3000 tons of sand castings, and 2,000 tons of investment castings.

Our group consists of one foundry, machining workshop, welding workshop, heat treatment workshop, laboratory and D&R center. It possesses 280 sets of production equipments and complete testing equipments, including 10 mid-frequency induction furnaces with capacity 5t, 3t, 1t, 8 centrifugal casting machines, automatic welding production lines, Spectrum analyser, eddy detectors, mechanical property testing machine, and X-ray Inspection Room. Products have been widely used by many reputed petrochemical, metallurgical and fertilizer enterprises, like SINOPEC, CNOOC, Petrochina, Daqing Petrochemical, Fujian Refining and Ethylene, Baosteel, Ansteel, Masteel and etc.
