Aceclofenac is a new phenylacetic acid derivative provided with marked anti-inflammatory, antiarthritic, analgesic and antipyretic activities. While maintaining its potency, Aceclofenac demonstrates better gastric tolerance and consequently offers greater potential security than other NSAIDs such as Indometacin and Diclofenac.
