The standard production methods are:
Stamping form sheet-metal or coils, or hot forging from steel or a hardening forging aluminium alloy.
Suspension arms must have low weight, and must have bucking and bending resistance and long life under the impact of lateral, starting and braking forces.
Application reference:
1. Vertical end movement to be 0.05 ~ 0.25 mm when socket is supported on surface "z" with a 280kg. Lord in direction "y".
2. Torque stud nuts to 100 - 125 ft. lbs. At assembly onto the vehicle, continue tightening (do not back off) to align the nut slot with the cotter hole to permit assembly of the cotter pin.
3. Ball stud designed for 23mm arm thickness with a 16.5mm gage diameter at small end of taper.
