In June 1979:
Founded Wan Li Co Work Shops with capital of US$ 25,000 in producing VR belt-transmission variable speed motors. Factory occupied an area of 40 square meters with one worker.
In May 1980:
Renamed from Wan Li to PE-EI Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. Changed to new plant having 60 square meters building and increased workers to three in producing APH / APS belt - transmission variable-speed motors.
In 1981:
Moved to new plant building having 120 square meters and increased workers to five.
In 1985:
Set up 2nd new plant having 80 square meters and eight workers in producing miter gear box and electromagnetic clutch & brake.
In 1986:
Transferred to new plant having 1,200 square meters and 15 workers.
In 1988:
Bought in AT-286 computer system to assist on management of sales marketing.
In August 1990:
To reorganize company as limited joint stock company and increase capital investment to be US$ 160,000. Brought in Japan BV type safety braking motor and bought a CNC lathe.
In December 1990:
The design of electromagnet breaker for electromagnetic brake was granted a 10-year patent by MOEAs bureau of standards, metrology and inspection, Taiwan's ministry of economic affairs.
In October 1993:
Raised capital to US$ 250,000. Upgrade management to be computerized system.
In September 1994:
Set up Tianjin PE-EI Precision Machinery, a subsidiary in China with capital US$ 100,000, dedicated in assembly and sales in China market.
In November 1994:
Raised capital to US$ 600,000, with total workforce of 25. Internet service was put in the computerized administration system.
In August 1995:
Centralized air conditioning systems were available for work site.
In May 1996:
Imported auto-feed flexible processing systems for CNC lathe.
In January 1997:
Set up 2nd plant of PE-EI in producing compact gearmotor.
In November 1997:
SGS ISO-9002 certificate is available.
In August 1998:
Purchased 8,660 square meters of land as site of Tianjin factory in the Jinnan District, Tianjin, China.
In March 1999:
Adopting the first Hamai 60SPNC gear hobber.
In August 1999:
Available for semi-automatic conveyor assembly quality assurance system for compact gear motor, which capacity can reach 160,000 per month.
In November 1999:
The compact gear motor was passed SGS CE approval.
In August 2000:
Developing BN safety brake to successfully enter into scooter marketing for selling 10,000 nuits per month.
In October 2000:
Obtained new model patent of no. 068384 for deceleration motor.
In February 2001:
Successfully extend the market of compact gear motor to U.K., Japan & Belgium.
In April 2002:
The compact gear motor was UL approval.
In October 2003:
The compact gear motor was acquired 3C approval in China.
In December 2005:
Our factory located on Hua-Chen road in Hsin Chuang city had moved to Cha-Chuan road, Kuei Shan township, Tao Yuan county.
