TL-105 Filling machine is used to fill the empty tubes with MgO powder, and assure optimum centering of the coil in the element.

1.PLC automatically controlled, human-computer interface and control the oscillation frequency by electron speed regulator.
2.Powder filling density could be above 2.17g/cm3. Almost zero MgO loss.
3.Tube diameter :below 16mm; Tube length: below 3000mm. It can be custom-made.
4.Digital tube length adjustment. The guide tube moving speed controlled by frequency control.
5.Indicate how to clear fault automatically.
6.It can fill 24 pcs or 36 pcs tubes at a time. The efficiency can reach 6500pcs/8h（take 250mm long tube for example），
7.12,18,24,36 and 48 position machines are available to suit customer’s production requirements.
