AG1050A/B is an Alcohol-based two-component polyurethane adhesive with low residual performance, widely used in laminating of various treated film like BOPP, PET, PA, PE, CPP, PVDC, etc.
1. Typical Features:
High initial bonding strength, outstanding transparency of the laminated film
Not easy to create the residue with printing ink and films, make safer package.
Suitable to operate in middle and high-speed dry laminating machine.
The laminated films made by AG1050A/B is especially suitable for food and medicine package which have a strict stipulation of the sanitation safety, and suitable for the products which require the lower solvent-residue.

Application Method Direct gravure
Application Cylinder 100-200 line (65-80 line per cm)
Application solids 20-35% (Recommend 30%)
Pot Life Static 8 hours approximately
Dynamic 24 hours approximately
Dry Coating Weight 1.5-3.0 GSM depending on structure
Drying Section Temperature 55-65° C 65-75° C 75-85° C(three sections)
Laminating Temperature 50-80° C
Cure Time 12 hours (40-50° C)
Cleaning Solvent Ethanol

Example: Films for laminating (OPP30ink / CPP30); Printed area: 60%; Operate by Machine made by FUJI; Laminating speed: 120m/min; Curing 12hours at 45° C; Base on liquid chromatography Shimadzu.
Alcohol-based Adhesive have much lower residue than Ester based Adhesive
4. Package
Pack in steel drum normally.
Main agent is 16kg/drum. Hardener is 2kg/drum.
5. Safety & Storage
Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from heat and ignition sources, keep container tightly closed.
