The quench unit consists of pair tubular and air balance box, each pair quenching tubular is connected to air box, and an electric motor driven fan supplies enough air to the air box. Air flow and pressure can be steplessly adjusted by means of flap valves. The quenching tubular set can be lifted up/ lower down and open for cleaning quench roller table.
