Working Principle and Characteristics Of Small Diaphragm Vacuum Pump

Micro elctric vacuum pump is a pump that uses a micro DC motor (usually 5V, 12V, 24V electric motor) as the power driving device.

It drives the internal mechanical eccentric device to perform eccentric motion, which drives the internal diaphragm to perform reciprocating motion.

This reciprocating motion affects the fixed volume pump chamber the air is compressed (when compressed, the exhaust port is closed, and the exhaust port is opened to form a slight positive pressure) and stretched (when compressed, the exhaust port is closed, and the exhaust port is opened to form a negative pressure).

There is a pressure difference between the pump suction port and the external atmospheric pressure. Under the effect of the pressure difference, the gas is pressurized (sucked) into the pump chamber and then discharged from the exhaust port.
