Heating power of the PTC liquid heaters varies according to different application conditions. In order to provide best heating efficiency, the liquid should be well in circulation and convection.
“Heating Power Density” (hating power / liquid contact area)
- 6 W / cm2 at 25 ℃
Heating power decreases while temperature of liquid rises.
“Dry Burning Temperature”:
- The heating power of PTC liquid heater rises if the Dry Burning Temperature is higher. In order to reduce the production cost, it is always designed as 220-280 ℃
- If the Dry Burning Temperature must be lower, we can increase the contacting area or increase quantity of heaters so as to provide same heating power.
