PE-RT is the abbreviation of Polyethylene of raised temperature resistance, known as heat-resistant polyethylene which can be used for non-cross linked hot water pipes. Someone calls it "high temperature non-cross-linked polyethylene to highlight its characteristics. The medium density polyethylene adopts unique molecular design and synthesis production process, which uses copolymerized ethylene and octane methods and is controlled the quantity and distribution of side chains to obtain special molecular structure for improving PE heat- resistance. Due to the presence of short octene chain branches, PE macromolecules are not crystallized in a tabular crystal, but existing in a few crystals. And the formed links between the crystals retain good flexibility, high thermal conductivity and inert of the PE while make pipes better pressure-resistant. PE-RT pipes can be used for hot water pipes under the ISO10508 in all level!
