Structure description:
RQ3 Series Pit Gas Carburizing Furnace is made of the furnace shell, the furnace lining, the lid lifting bodies, vacuum sealed fan, muffle cans, heating elements and other components. Round furnace shell is welded with steel plate and section steel. The furnace lining is made of 0.6g/cm3 high-intensity ultra-light beads vacuum energy-saving refractory brick, aluminum super-long fiber, and masonry expansion insulation granular form of energy-saving lining structure. Lid landing gear box body is formed with the motor gearbox.
