BANGICID HEAT-STABLE 88 is an L(+) lactic acid produced by fermentation. It is a clear syrupy and hygroscpic liquid that complies with the specification of the food Chemical Codex V, the EP 2002(European Pharmacopeia) and the USP 27(US Pharmacopia). Its coloration does not exceed 50 Hazen after being heated for two hours at 200� C.
