Xiamen Comfort Science & Technology Co.Ltd, the factory of Easepal Group,was established 10 years ago specializing in healthcare related products.In 1994,the factory started manufacturing vibration massage products that included comfortable seat cushions for the automotive market. In 1996,Easepal Group expanded into the home market by introducing various personal massage products that included vibration, kneading and tapping massage functions. Two years later, plastic injection-molded foot massager and hand-held body massagers were added to its numerous product lines. As the company drives towards expanding its capabilities, more sophisticated features like programmable massage and relaxing music are added.
With more than 6 years in design and manufacturing of massage-related products as a solid foundation Easepal Group enters the furniture market by creating Ergotec Massage Furniture Co.Ltd. This new factory focuses and specializes in designing and manufacturing massaging chairs. In the year 2000,luxury massaging chairs, massaging office chairs, massaging sofas and massaging leisure chairs were introduced. Realizing the importance and strength of partnerships, Easepal Group Established a strong network of reputable subcontractors in the furniture industry to help with special projects and tasks to reduce new product development time and add value to their customers. Easepal Group achieved ISO9001 in 2001 and most products are CE and UL approved.
Manufacturing of any quality products involves cooperation from suppliers and good control of production techniques and processes. By producing our own circuit boards, manufacturing of various density and thickness of foam components, full service tooling facility and plastic injection molding are in-house services that we offer to our customers.
Today, Easepal Group operates a 60,000 square meter factory and employs over 1,500 experienced workers. More than 100 highly educated and experienced designers, electronic and mechanical engineers staff its R&D department.
