EZPnP began as a computer peripherals division of Loyalty Founder Enterprise, a publicly traded company in Taiwan. In 2003, the division has been expanded and spun off to become EZPnP Technologies Corp., in order to focus on promoting the EZPnP brand. The name "EZPnP" was chosen to reflect the company's product concept of "Easy Plug & Play ", a business philosophy to create digital products for user's enjoyment with simplicity for installation and daily use. The founder of EZPnP has over 20 years of experience in the computer products, including data storage/backup devices, input devices, and other computer peripherals.
