We specialized in producing paper edge board and paper core with good quality. Our products are made from recycled paper, and have passed SGS test.
All production process such as roll paper slitting, gluing, forming, drying be held in our factory. Many global companies are our customers and we export paper products to Japan and UAE.

2. automatic paper edge board machine:
We specialized in producing high speed automatic paper edge board machine, our machine exports to Malaysia, Taiwan and UAE.
This machine equipped with Mitsubishi PLC, the production speed is very quickly and the quality has further improved.
Touch-screen with high power servo system, man-machine interface operation to ensure the accuracy and life,
Batch and quantity setting inside, there is no need to count by man.
Using pinch roller heating device makes the protector good hardness.
Automatic glue recycles system, stainless steel glue tank for rust avoiding, and both single/double side coating is available.
3. automatic paper core machine:
This machine equipped with Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen, all the parameter are displayed on the monitor. Pre-set the parameters on the operation panel, it will start work automatically.
Mitsubishi frequency inverter for AC motor control, the machine work will be more stable. Equipped with separate electrical control box, which is with input plug terminal, it is easier to maintain.
It adopts dialogue monitor, with function of automatic store, trouble display, working position.
4. automatic paper slitting machine
This equipment is mainly used to cut roll paper, craft paper and recycle paper. Cutting big roll of paper into required size, within certain scope, the width of product can be adjusted freely according to clients requirement.
This machine has the feature of compact and reasonable structure, easy operation, stable running, is the ideal equipment for paper making factory and paper processing factory.
