The distinctive feature of New Technologies Ltd. hydrocyclones is innovative geometry. We produce hydrocyclones of different dimensions: diameters 100-2000 mm; with conic angle of 10-20 degrees; with left side or right side inlet; with working pressure from 0,4 to 2 Mpa. The inside surface of our hydrocyclones can be lined with wear-resistant rubber or wear-resistant material on the basis of silicone carbide with the thickness from 30mm. The case of hydrocyclones are made from solid fiberglass.
Our design department makes individual calculations and designing of hydrocyclones due to the needs of Enterprises.

Our wear-resistant rubber products are the up-to-day alternative to the metal pipe-systems that are wearing out rapidly. Thanks to particular features of our rubber pipe-systems, the service life and abrasive resistance is three times higher then in usual metallic. The rubber pipe-system units can be produced with various diameters, different complexity and strength, with rubberized steel flanges or without ones (vulcanization way). We are glad to supply you with rubber piper systems that will meet all your individual requirements as for rubber's range and service conditions. The available range of rubber is: wear-, acid-, and -alkaline-resistant.
Our products are stable to the abrasive, chemically aggressive surroundings and high temperatures. Our rubber pipe-systems show high wearing and no susceptibility to the obliteration that reduce the costs for cleaning the pipes. The flange connection makes it easy to assemble and dismantle pipes and pipe-system units.
Our pipelines units are wildly used at transportation of chemical sewage, industrial waters with abrasive elements (acid, alkaline, acid-alkaline environments) ; municipal plumbing and sewerages; dredger systems; agriculture.
