Klinger is internationally known as a specialist in seals, valves and level gauges. Richard Klinger is the founder. He invented in 1886 the reflex level glasses and built the first level gauges. In 1895 he invented the Klingerit and resolved world's sealing problem, than in 1922 he developed the piston valve, which is still the best valve for steam, hot water, heat transfer oils and all fluids. Beginning from 1955 the famous Ballostar ball valves' production started.
All these Klinger armatures are produced also in Yakacik Valf Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. Turkey, since 1966. Yakacik Valf is an integral factory including design office research and development section, model making, core shop, foundry, machine shop, assembly department, paint shop, testing stations and quality control department. Yakacik Valf has since 2002, ISO 9001 and CE PED 97/23 marking certificates as well as ADW-0 TRD 100, GOST, TUV AR-314/315, Fire safe API 607.
The production includes cast iron, spheroidal cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel. Yakacik Valf is producing being the official licensee of Klinger.
