What about the factory?
The factory was established in 2002, covering 30000 sqm with 220 workers including 15 engineers and 15 quality inspectors. It has 8 production lines and possess more than 100 advanced machines to assure 5000 pieces monthly production capacity. The production facilities include digital bending machine, plasma cutting machine, large-scale shot-blasting machine, and so on. We also introduce advanced production process and technology, such as oil removal process, digital bending process, double powder coating process, inner stop technology, sleeve technology and so on.
