The machine is used to clean the flat glass with the thickness from 3 to 40 mm. The flat glass is placed on the roller squeezer and the automatic detection system can compute the physical location of the glass. After cleaning, the system can automatically open the air-compressors and close the air-compressors after drying. Using the PV switch in the glass-out table , the glass will not fall if there's no people deside the glass-out table.
The machine is controlled by PLC and the touch screen can display the processing data and functional status. Low-voltage electrical parts use "French Schneider, Korea LG".
The main transmission uses frequency electrical transmission driving, coding machine counting and gear devices conveying.
The adjustment of thickness uses electrical frequency conversion, coding device counting to ensure its precision.
