1， Double Edge Grinding Machine price：57，000 dollars （FOB）
The machine is fit for the processing of the flat glass with the thickness from 3 to 25mm .The edge grinding of the glass ,the grinding of the bevel and angel edge together with the polishing can be done completely for only once .
The machine is controlled by PLC and the touch screen can display the processing data and functional status. Low-voltage electrical parts use "French Schneider, Korea LG".
It is equipped with 20 motors and the grinding power is large. Automatic control, and pneumatic pressurization make the polishing more precise and the surface smoother to ensure higher sleekness of the glass.
The main transmission uses frequency electrical transmission driving. The synchronous belts imported from Italy ensure the transmission reliable and smooth.
The open-close part uses transducer-driven, imported ball screws, linear guiding rail and coding machine. The rise-fall of thickness uses transducer-driven, imported linear guiding rail and coding devices to ensure its accuracy.
This machine is fit for the grinding of large or long piece of glass.

It presents a modular control and its touch screen can display the processing data and functional status at any time . It is very easy and reliable to operate. What the operator need to do is just to put the glass on the synchronous belt ,input the drilling location and the system can automatically position all the drilling holes. When the processing completes, the system will stop automatically. Low-voltage electrical parts use "French Schneider, Korea LG."
The system is combined with 3 routings：X routing uses servo electrical motor and synchronous belts driving，Y routing uses servo electrical motor and ball screws driving，the drilling in-out on Z routing uses servo electrical motor and ball screws. They can ensure the drilling precision and reduce the burst of edges. When you want to change the thickness of glass, you just need to set the thickness on the touch screen and not to put a glass for a try. The system can compute the distance automatically.

3， Cleaning Machine price：28，000 dollars (FOB)
The machine is used to clean the flat glass with the thickness from 3 to 40 mm. The flat glass is placed on the roller squeezer and the automatic detection system can compute the physical location of the glass. After cleaning, the system can automatically open the air-compressors and close the air-compressors after drying. Using the PV switch in the glass-out table , the glass will not fall if there's no people deside the glass-out table.
