Evergreen Heavy Industrial Corporation, one of the enterprises of the Evergreen Group, was established in Kaohsiung in 1982. The company was initially engaged primarily in container repair and refurbishment, then in 1984, its Chung-Li factories were set up to manufacturers, containers parts, chassis and special trailers, steel structure manufacturing factory was inaugurated in 1987.
